This policy explains how limen ("we") handles personal data in relation to this website. limen is at an early, pre-launch stage; this site is informational and used to book introductory calls.

Who we are

What we collect

• Booking a call. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com. The name, email and any details you enter are processed by Cal.com on our behalf so we can arrange and hold the call. See Cal.com's own privacy policy for details.
• Hosting logs. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which processes standard technical data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and secure the site.
• We do not run advertising or analytics tracking, we do not sell data, and there are no user accounts on this website.

Cookies

The booking scheduler (Cal.com) may set cookies that are necessary for it to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your request when you choose to book a call, and on our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.

International transfers

Our providers (Cal.com, Cloudflare) may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep booking-related data only as long as needed to arrange and follow up on the conversation, then delete it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact hello@limen.app and we will respond.
